About Coolmetal - Fabricators and metalworkers
We are a sub-contracting company, manufacturing a range of products covering small components through to large architectural structures, on a bespoke or repeat order basis, creating products for use in the Industrial, Commercial and Residential sectors.
Our services and facilities include a full manufacturing plant with CNC turret punching, press braking, guillotining and laser work. In addition we have full Mig, Tig and ARC welding capabilities, as well as ancillary facilities milling, lathe work and slotting
Projects undertaken can either be manufactured to your issue approved drawings, or alternatively we can assist in your design with the aid of our in-house design team and CAD system.
Additionally, we offer a site installation service on any project if required, therefore, enabling you to benefit from our one stop shop for your project.
Our engineers are CSCS approved and licensed operators of powered access plant enabling them to carry out the installation in conjunction with the health and safety guidelines.
We work with all metal types, both ferrous & non-ferrous, suitable for internal & external uses including Stainless and Mild Steel, Aluminium, Brass & Copper.
A variety of finish processes for both aesthetic and practical purpose can be carried out, including chroming, powder coating & galvanising.
